The door windows of my BMW 128 were malfunctioning. In order to get into a 128, the windows automatically go down a quarter of an inch to create just enough clearance for the windows to pass underneath the top of the car. After closing the doors, the windows automatically go up. When the windows were malfunctioning, they were going up and down that quarter inch repeatedly, even after I shut off the car. Since it was the weekend, Motor Haus was closed. I didn't drive the car until I took it to Motor Haus to check it out. However, by that time, my windows were working again. Diego said that they would do a diagnostic to see what was going on when my windows were malfunctioning. He said they found a voltage spike that occurred at that time, though they didn't know what caused it. Instead of guessing and replacing parts, Diego just said let us know if it happens again. He didn't even charge me for the time they spent checking out my car. I am a loyal Motor Haus client.
